The B.Sc. in Banking & Finance at SKAUP University of Business & Technology (SUBT) equips students with the knowledge and skills to design, manage, and innovate within financial institutions and markets. Students learn core areas, including financial accounting, banking operations, risk management, investment analysis, corporate finance, and regulatory frameworks. Graduates are prepared for roles in banking, financial consulting, investment advisory, and fintech entrepreneurship.
Delivered through SKAUP’s Connected Classroom, the course offers flexible online learning, regular assessments, hands-on practical labs, and access to the Innovation Centre. Curriculum is aligned with Nigerian University Commission (NUC) guidelines, and prepares students for certifications and recognition from key bodies in Nigeria, West Africa, and internationally.
The B.Sc. Cyber Security is a four-year programme structured to take students from foundational knowledge in computing, networking, and information security through to advanced applications in threat detection, digital forensics, and secure system design. Sample modules include:
100-Level (UTME) Entry: Five O’Level credits (WAEC/NECO/NABTEB) including English Language, Mathematics, Physics and two other science subjects, at not more than two sittings. JAMB UTME is not required for initial application, but must be regularised post-admission for NYSC eligibility.
200-Level (Direct Entry): ND/HND (≥ Lower Credit) in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields; or two A-Level passes in Mathematics, Physics (or equivalent). International applicants require equivalent qualifications and an IELTS score of 6.0 (or an approved equivalent).
Bridging & Access: Where gaps exist, foundation/CPD pathways are available, with admissions aligned to NUC guidelines and SUBT’s equity commitments.
